Wing Fest is a community run event that supports Community Care, an organization that our board members are crazy excited to support. This is our inaugural event, and we have laid the ground work for a spectacular weekend that will translate into a successful annual event. Check out our options for participation below.
Chicken Wing Vendor / Competitor
We want the best wings in St. Catharines lined up to go head to head for a battle that will see local supporters bringing down the house in favour of their fave wings! So far our list of vendors includes some heavyweight Niagara wing purveyors and we know that there are more of you ready to give them a run for the title of Grand Champion.
Non-Wing Food Vendor
So you think you’ve got the ultimate side to a pound of wings? Maybe your dessert option is the peanut butter to the chicken wing’s jelly? We love it. Join us! Our board will be reviewing applications on an individual basis and selecting a series of vendors that is top notch and totally meets the needs of our attendees. Throw your name in the ring!

Lovers of chicken wings, unite! We are seeking a volunteer army of brave, wing loving individuals that aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty! We need HELP! Our event will need people helping out our vendors, working the stage, selling tokens, manning the gates, eating wings and doing other really great stuff! You can be in the trenches with us as we pull of the hippest festival to hit St. Catharines in…. ever? … EVER!
